The boy sees a person who is trying to make fun of a soldier and he thinks it's wrong to do so, but his dog doesn't think the same and laughs at the soldier. As the dog continues to make fun of him, he get's tired and thinks that the soldier does not even move a single hair of the hat he's wearing. Then the boy persuades his dog to stop and to understand the soldiers who suffer training to do that. As a result, the dog finally decides to not laugh at the soldier anymore.
